We may also disclose your Personal Information only to Customers supplying us with their services so that those parties can provide their services to us, enabling us in turn to supply our services to our Customers, and in turn, their services to you.

Third parties and your information
We will only collect, store, use or disclose personal information as set out in this Privacy Policy unless we are required by law to use that information to protect our rights or property (or those of any third party), or to avoid injury to any person.
Although our Platform may link directly to websites operated by third parties (Linked Websites), you acknowledge that Linked Websites are not operated by us. We encourage you to always read the applicable privacy Policy of any Linked Site on entering the Linked Site. We are not responsible for the content or practices of the Linked Websites nor their privacy policies regarding the collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information.
Disclosure of information overseas
We may transfer your personal information to overseas countries in performing one or more of our functions or providing products or services to you. If we do so we will take reasonable steps in the circumstances to ensure that the recipient does not breach the Australian Privacy Principles (APP’s), other than APP 1, in relation to your personal information.
We may also rely on third party suppliers to provide us with web hosting, cloud computing technologies, and data storage services. If your personal information is provided to third party suppliers so they can perform contracts with us, we will take reasonable steps to ensure they handle your personal information as required by the APPs.
Access to information we hold about you

We will endeavour to respond to any such request within a reasonable period of time and as required under the Privacy Act and, where reasonable and practicable, give access to the information in the manner you request. This will be subject to any exemptions allowed under the Privacy Act.
If you contact us requesting access to the information we hold about you, we will ask you to confirm your identity before we provide you with access to your personal information.
Generally, there will be no cost to you in accessing your personal information. If, however, your request is complex or will involve us in providing extensive resources, we may ask you to pay a reasonable charge. We will tell you the amount of it, so you can agree to pay it before going ahead.

If we no longer need your personal information, unless we are required under Australian or New Zealand law or a court or tribunal order to retain it, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify your personal information, in accordance with our document and information retention policy.
Notwithstanding the reasonable steps taken to keep information secure, breaches may occur. In the event of a security incident, we have in place procedures to promptly investigate the incident and determine if there has been a data breach involving personal information, and if so, to assess if it is a breach that would require notification. If it is, we will notify affected parties in accordance with Privacy Act requirements.
Disposal
We will take reasonable steps to destroy, disable access to or permanently de-identify Personal Information if we no longer need it for any purpose for which we would be permitted to use or disclose the information under the APPs.
However, characteristics of information storage technology mean that it is not reasonably possible to delete every last remnant of information we have collected.
Variation and consent to variation
We may vary the terms of this Privacy Policy at any time. You should check this Privacy Policy regularly so that you are aware of any variations made to this Privacy Policy. You will be deemed to have consented to such variations by your continued use of the Platform following any changes being made.
Complaints and disputes
If you believe we have breached an APP, you may contact us by email or post. Our contact details are set out below. If it is necessary for you to contact us, we ask that you briefly describe your complaint and tell us which APP(s) you consider we have breached and why.
When you contact us, please provide your name, address and other contact details so we can respond in a timely manner. If you overlook doing this, it is most unlikely we will be able to reply to you.

In this policy, unless expressly to the contrary and as appropriate in the context:

Customer is real estate agents, agencies or other parties who utilise the services provided by us through the Platform. These individuals or entities engage with the Platform to access suburb-level aggregated data insights and connect with potential purchasers of property which they have for sale.
Platform refers to the proptech analytics platform provided by us, which facilitates the provision of aggregated suburb-level data related to real estate. The Platform serves as a medium through which potential purchasers of real estate can access information and insights, and subsequently connects them with registered real estate agents who have properties available for sale in the identified areas. This includes but is not limited to the website, mobile applications, and any other digital or technological means through which users interact with the services offered by us.
Personal Information is information about an identified individual or an individual who is reasonably identifiable, including Sensitive Information.
Sensitive Information is Personal Information of a sensitive nature, such as information about race, ethnicity, political opinion, religious beliefs or sexuality.
