Our Story
Choosing our home, easily the biggest financial decision of our lives, was nerve-wracking. With a $600,000 budget and the need for a three-bedroom home in Victoria for our growing family, we were lost in the chaos of rate increases, the Aussie property market rollercoaster, and sea of advice from 'property experts' at every weekend barbecue.
It seemed impossible to make even a right decision, let alone the best one. But with so much data available on Australia’s property market, there had to be a solution.
Enter PropFinder! Frustrated with pricey buyer’s agents and scattered info, we built this tool using Australia's most extensive property data from PropTrack (REA Group's brainchild).
We gathered and analysed a wealth of information, including property prices, rental rates, economic indicators, job market stability, crime rates, and population growth to create PropFinder.
We built PropFinder to allow anyone to search with just your budget, property preferences and investment goals. PropFinder helps you to find and compare markets right across Australia to make informed investment decisions.
PropFinder uses Australia’s most comprehensive property datasets. We combine this data with demographic and economic information to conduct deep analysis of market trends. Our data is not just extensive; it's also constantly updated to reflect the ever-changing dynamics of the real estate market.
